Role Overview

As the Senior ORM & Digital PR Manager within the Network Pod, you will lead online reputation strategy, digital PR outreach, and influencer collaboration initiatives. You will be responsible for safeguarding brand reputation, managing crisis communications, and amplifying Infinity 2.0’s and clients’ presence across media and digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and lead online reputation management strategies, including proactive monitoring and crisis management.
– Plan and execute high-impact digital PR campaigns and influencer activations to build brand equity and drive engagement.
– Manage sentiment dashboards, review sites, and online forums to maintain a positive brand image.
– Collaborate with Story, Yield, and Commerce Pods to integrate ORM and digital PR strategies into larger brand campaigns.
– Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and digital publications to secure coverage and partnerships.
– Train and mentor junior ORM executives to ensure rapid response and quality management of online reputation.

Key Skills & Competencies

– Proven expertise in online reputation management, crisis communication, and digital PR.
– Strong connections with influencers, bloggers, and digital publications.
– Proficiency with ORM and social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr, or equivalent.
– Ability to craft effective digital PR strategies with measurable impact.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills for media and influencer engagement.

Qualifications

– 6–10 years of experience in online reputation management and digital PR within creative agencies or high-growth digital brands.
– Strong portfolio of crisis management cases and successful influencer/digital PR campaigns.
– Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
