Role Overview:

As an ORM Executive within the Network Pod, you will monitor and manage the online reputation of Infinity and its clients. You will handle reviews, comments, and digital sentiment while ensuring timely responses and positive brand perception across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

– Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and sentiment across social platforms, review sites, and online forums.
– Respond promptly to queries, feedback, and complaints while maintaining brand voice and tone.
– Prepare daily and weekly reports on sentiment trends, issues, and resolutions.
– Coordinate with senior ORM and PR managers for crisis escalation and strategic communication.
– Support influencer and PR activities by identifying opportunities for brand advocacy.

Key Skills & Competencies:

– Knowledge of ORM tools like Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr, or equivalent.
– Strong written communication skills with a focus on brand-safe responses.
– Ability to identify and escalate potential reputation risks.
– Organized and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

– 2–4 years of experience in ORM, customer service, or social media roles.
– Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
– Familiarity with social listening and monitoring platforms is preferred.
