We are building a high-performance Sales & Growth Engine to scale Infinity into a global marketing process and operations outsourcing partner delivering services across design, creative content, advertising, media, martech, and consulting.

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for OOH and DOOH media inventory.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with media agencies, brand marketers, and direct clients.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through exceptional service and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs and campaign objectives.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with planning and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Provide clients with data-driven insights and post-campaign reports to demonstrate ROI.
  • Stay updated on audience measurement tools, traffic data, and analytics relevant to OOH/DOOH.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in both traditional and digital OOH spaces.
  • Recommend improvements or innovations in product offerings, pricing models, and sales tactics.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support brand positioning and product awareness.

Team Collaboration & Reporting

  • Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, pipeline status, and market feedback.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, tech, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 6-10 years of proven sales experience in the OOH/DOOH media or advertising industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within media agencies and brand advertisers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of DOOH technology, programmatic advertising, and campaign metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Identify and close sales opportunities for branded films, corporate videos, product videos, and digital storytelling content.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads with media agencies, brand managers, CMOs, and marketing heads.
  • Develop and present compelling video content proposals tailored to client marketing objectives.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and deliverables for video projects.

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers in brand and agency ecosystems.
  • Act as a consultative partner to understand client needs and propose creative content solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by collaborating with production and creative teams for timely, high-quality deliverables.

Strategic Input & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, digital, and strategy) to shape content pitches and executions.
  • Contribute to ideation sessions for new formats, brand stories, and video IPs.
  • Provide market feedback and trends to help shape the company’s content sales strategy.

Market Awareness & Positioning

  • Stay up-to-date with trends in branded content, digital video platforms (YouTube, OTT, Instagram, etc.), and storytelling formats.
  • Understand brand communication strategies and how video content fits into multi-channel campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking forums.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 6-10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in branded content, digital media, film production, or creative agencies.
  • Proven track record in closing high-value content deals with brands and agencies.
  • Understanding of content production workflows, timelines, and costing.
  • Strong storytelling, pitching, and negotiation skills.
