Role Overview

As a Junior Social Media Executive within the Network Pod, you will be responsible for day-to-day content scheduling, publishing, and engagement monitoring across all social platforms. You will help ensure that every social post contributes to the SYNC framework’s Network principle, supporting community growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

– Assist in creating and scheduling daily social media posts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
– Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement, escalating issues as needed.
– Coordinate with the creative team for graphics, videos, and copy to ensure timely publishing.
– Track basic performance metrics (likes, shares, engagement rate) and prepare weekly reports.
– Stay updated on platform trends and suggest ideas for daily engagement and interaction.

Key Skills & Competencies

– Good understanding of major social media platforms and basic analytics tools.
– Creative mindset with attention to detail and deadlines.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and respond quickly to real-time engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

– 2–4 years of experience in social media execution or digital marketing roles.
– Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
– Hands-on experience with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite is preferred.
