Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to join our IT team and support our organization’s Zoho CRM and related applications. The Zoho Developer will be responsible for customizing, configuring, and maintaining Zoho CRM solutions to meet our business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Zoho development, with experience in implementing and integrating Zoho applications across different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules and workflows based on business requirements.
• Develop and implement Zoho CRM solutions to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with other third-party applications and systems using APIs and webhooks.
• Design and develop custom functions, scripts, and reports within Zoho CRM to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho CRM users, resolving issues and optimizing system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and propose Zoho CRM solutions.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance for Zoho CRM configurations and customizations before deployment.
• Stay updated with new Zoho features, enhancements, and best practices to recommend improvements and optimizations.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and configurations related to Zoho CRM implementations.
• Train end-users on Zoho CRM functionalities and best practices to ensure effective adoption and utilization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or similar role, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in Zoho CRM customization and development.

   

• Strong proficiency in Zoho CRM modules, including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Deals, Campaigns, and Reports.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting language for Zoho CRM customization and automation.
• Experience with integrating Zoho CRM with third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, and RESTful services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified Developer) are a plus.
