We are building a high-performance Sales & Growth Engine to scale Infinity into a global marketing process and operations outsourcing partner delivering services across design, creative content, advertising, media, martech, and consulting.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of Infinity 2.0’s sales function. You will be responsible for managing CRM systems, sales processes, reporting dashboards, and cross-team coordination to ensure the sales engine runs smoothly. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and process-management skills, with a focus on efficiency and enabling the sales team to hit targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage CRM platforms (Bitrix24/Zoho) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
• Design and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and performance trackers.
• Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
• Support SDRs, Account Executives, and Enterprise Consultants with tools, data, and collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing team to align lead generation campaigns with sales goals.
• Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to Sales Lead and CGO.
• Manage documentation for proposals, pricing sheets, and contracts.
• Conduct periodic pipeline reviews and forecast accuracy checks.

Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Bitrix24, Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent data analysis, reporting, and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of B2B sales cycles in marketing, advertising, or media industry.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, client success).
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and process compliance.

Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or revenue operations roles.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, SaaS, or media industries preferred.
• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA/PGDM is a plus).
