Sales Lead (Global SMEs + Enterprise)

Role Overview:
As Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving Infinity 2.0’s revenue engine across India and international markets. You will lead sales for SME subscription products, enterprise consulting, design services, advertising solutions, and media sales, while managing sales pods (SDRs, Closers) and collaborating with SYNC delivery heads to ensure every pitch and proposal is consultative, creative, and results-driven.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role owning revenue targets, expanding Infinity’s footprint in domestic and international markets, and shaping the next phase of Infinity’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy
    • Define and execute sales strategy across productized SME services, enterprise advisory, design services, advertising solutions, and media sales.
    • Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets aligned with Infinity 2.0 growth plan.
    • Expand Infinity’s presence in India, GCC, UK, US, and other global markets.
    • Embed the SYNC framework in every sales narrative, proposal, and client discussion.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Generation
    • Manage the full sales funnel: lead generation, qualification, proposals, negotiation, closure.
    • Build pipeline for creative/design retainers, campaign solutions, and media buys.
    • Oversee Sales Pods (SDRs + Closers) to ensure strong pipeline and high conversion.
    • Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for large enterprise and international clients.
  • Client Engagement & Growth
    • Lead discovery sessions using SYNC audits to unlock new opportunities.
    • Collaborate with Heads of Story, Yield, Network, and Commerce to deliver tailored, integrated solutions.
    • Grow long-term relationships with clients to increase retainers, upsells, and cross-sells across services.
  • Media & Advertising Sales
    • Drive sales of media planning & buying solutions (digital, programmatic, social, CTV, traditional).
    • Build and scale advertising partnerships with platforms and publishers.
    • Sell integrated campaign packages combining design + content + media.
  • Team Development
    • Lead, mentor, and coach SDRs, AEs, and Sales Ops for consistent performance.
    • Develop sales playbooks, battlecards, and objection-handling scripts.
    • Collaborate with Client Success to ensure seamless onboarding and retention.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM (Bitrix24/Zoho).
    • Report weekly on performance dashboards to CGO and leadership.
    • Share insights on pricing, packages, and market opportunities across India and global markets.
  • Key Skills & Competencies
    • Proven expertise in B2B sales for marketing services, advertising, design, and media solutions.
    • Ability to sell both subscription-based services and consultative enterprise solutions.
    • Strong experience in media sales (digital, programmatic, social, ATL/BTL).
    • Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
    • Data-driven mindset with ability to connect creativity → performance → business growth.
    • Leadership capability to build and scale a sales team.
    • Exposure to domestic (India) and international markets (GCC, UK, US preferred).

Qualifications
• 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or media sales.
• Proven track record in advertising, media, digital marketing, or martech industries.
• MBA or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory for high performers.
