Role Overview

The Manager – Creative Technology will bridge the gap between marketing, technology, and business transformation. Acting as a Product Manager for Martech & Automation, this role will oversee the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of creative technology solutions that drive business outcomes. The individual will ensure seamless integration of Martech stacks, automation systems, and product workflows to enhance customer journeys, marketing performance, and operational efficiency for the organisation and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Martech & Automation Ownership

• Evaluate, design, and implement end-to-end Martech solutions including CRM, CDPs, analytics platforms, and automation tools.
• Build and optimise marketing automation workflows across channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, chatbots, and conversational AI).
• Ensure seamless data integration between marketing platforms, business intelligence tools, and CRM systems.
• Manage marketing APIs and connectors to integrate platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, or custom Martech stacks.

Product & Platform Management

• Act as the Product Manager for in-house or client Martech products—own the roadmap, requirements gathering, and execution.
• Translate marketing and business requirements into technical specifications for developers, vendors, or partner agencies.
• Lead UX/UI discussions and oversee design + development of marketing technology products.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and ROI of Martech platforms and automation initiatives.

Creative Technology & Innovation

• Identify and pilot emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, AR/VR, voice, programmatic creative platforms) to future-proof marketing.
• Build personalised content delivery systems with data-driven creative automation.
• Collaborate with creative and media teams to develop dynamic and personalised content at scale.

Client Transformation Projects

• Support clients in Martech audits, tool selection, and transformation roadmap design.
• Manage Martech implementations and integrations across client ecosystems.
• Ensure measurable improvement in client KPIs: customer engagement, retention, LTV, CAC efficiency, and ROI.

Governance & Performance Tracking

• Define KPIs and dashboards for Martech & automation efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, PDPA, and local data privacy regulations.
• Build governance frameworks for data, automation, and Martech operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing Technology, or related field.
• 6–10 years’ experience in Martech, automation, or product management.
• Proven expertise in implementing and managing Martech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and cloud-based architecture.
• Exposure to creative automation tools, AI-based personalization, or programmatic creative solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, sprint planning, and Jira/Trello or similar tools.

Core Skills Required

• Technical Skills: Marketing Automation, CRM, CDP, API integrations, BI tools, analytics platforms.
• Product Management: Roadmap ownership, stakeholder management, sprint execution.
• Martech Expertise: Strong knowledge of marketing platforms, automation systems, and emerging technologies.
• Creative Tech Mindset: Ability to merge creativity with technology to deliver personalised customer experiences.
