Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Generation professional to join our team. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads for our clients through strategic outbound and inbound marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lead generation tactics, digital marketing, and a proven track record of generating high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive qualified traffic and leads for Infinity Advertising’s clients.
  • Research and identify potential leads through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other lead generation tactics.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure a high conversion rate from lead to prospect.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM systems and lead management tools to track lead activity, progress, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to optimize lead generation efforts and achieve targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on lead generation performance, including ROI analysis and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or sales, with a minimum of [X] years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation tactics, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
