Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and operations. The IT Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology resources, implementing IT policies and procedures, and providing technical support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, systems, and software applications.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of data and IT resources.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, including upgrades and patches.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to network connectivity, hardware, software, and security.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on IT systems and software applications.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring service level agreements are met and costs are optimized.
• Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, solutions, and upgrades to enhance efficiency, productivity, and security.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT management and cybersecurity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and operations.
