We are now looking to expand our team by adding a talented Government Sales Manager who can help us build and maintain relationships within the public sector.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Government Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with specific experience in government contracts and public sector relationships. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with government entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within the government sector.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with local, state, and federal government agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the public sector.
  • Understand and navigate the government procurement process, including responding to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored marketing and sales strategies that meet the unique needs of government clients.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and promote Infinity Advertising’s services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to government sales.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in compliance with government regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on government contracts and public sector relationships.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
