Role Overview

The Business Development – Media will play a critical role in driving the growth of Infinity Advertising Services by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and providing innovative media solutions tailored to client needs. This position requires an in-depth understanding of the advertising ecosystem, especially within the media domain, to effectively align client goals with Infinity Advertising’s media offerings. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in targeted industries to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis for clients and provide tailored media solutions to meet their advertising goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, keeping them informed about emerging trends and opportunities in the media landscape.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to create and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Develop and present compelling pitch decks, proposals, and media plans that resonate with client objectives.
  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Gather insights from market research to refine sales pitches and recommend new services or approaches to leadership.
  • Work closely with the media planning and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategies for improvement.

 Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Familiarity with advertising tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of media planning, buying, and the advertising sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in creating media proposals and pitching to high-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
