Role Overview

The Business Development – Digital position will focus on identifying, acquiring, and managing key clients in domestic and international markets. The role demands a blend of strategic planning, market research, consultative selling, and partnership-building to achieve business objectives. You will represent our digital capabilities and expertise, as well as pitching services such as digital strategy, media planning, campaign execution, social media management, SEO/SEM, and programmatic advertising.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust business development strategy for domestic and international markets aligned with the company’s goals.
• Identify potential markets, target industries, and growth opportunities for digital advertising solutions.
• Set clear KPIs and sales targets, tracking progress against goals.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to expand the network.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers across client organizations.
• Pitch Infinity Advertising’s digital marketing services, crafting tailored proposals to address client needs.
• Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutual value creation.
• Nurture relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and media planning, to design and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide insights and client feedback to enhance service offerings and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for leadership.
• Use analytics to assess campaign performance and communicate results to clients.

 Qualifications & Skills:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, ideally within an advertising agency or digital marketing company.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation software.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic).
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and performance marketing concepts.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
