UX Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a forward-thinking, innovative UX Designer to join our Infinity Team. This role is tailored for individuals passionate about creating user-centric experiences at the intersection of AI, design, and technology. The designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing next-generation experiences that blend research, creativity, customer experience (CX) planning, and UI/UX design within AI-powered platforms and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of user-centric interfaces across digital platforms, ensuring seamless user journeys and intuitive navigation.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and creative strategists to conceptualize and implement design solutions powered by AI insights.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to inform design decisions and continuously optimize experiences.
• Design with an understanding of modern AI frameworks, tools, and platforms to bring intelligent interactivity into UI/UX experiences.
• Plan and implement end-to-end CX strategies, ensuring integration of communication design with platform UI.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Translate creative communication into functional and visually compelling UI solutions that resonate with users.
• Stay up to date with emerging design methodologies, AI-driven design systems, and industry best practices to keep the platform future-ready.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals with user needs and technical feasibility.
• Champion design thinking, accessibility, and inclusivity across all design initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with exposure to AI-driven tools and frameworks preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions across platforms, including web, mobile, and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Knowledge of AI design platforms (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, DALL·E, or equivalent) is a strong plus.
• Understanding of CX planning, user psychology, and creative communication design.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, agile environments.
