Responsibilities:
- Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.
- Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
- Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.
- Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Contribute to robust and effective compliance controls within the organization
- Perform various general administrative duties (such as file creation and maintenance of ongoing administrative projects)
- Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance
- Must-Have knowledge of labor laws
- Liasioning in govt Department
Requirements:
- Must Have at least 2-3 years exp in compliance or HR/Admin
- Must Live nearby Faridabad location
- Communication shall be moderate.
- Zeal to learn and grow
