ROLE OVERVIEW

Drive new business acquisition for Infinity’s digital advertising offerings β€” including performance marketing, social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, programmatic display, and influencer marketing. You will identify, pitch, and close digital mandates from brands and agencies, growing Infinity’s digital revenue pipeline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and prospect potential clients across e-commerce, FMCG, BFSI, and D2C sectors for digital advertising solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline via cold outreach, LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals
  • Develop tailored digital media proposals including social media, Google Ads, programmatic, and content marketing
  • Conduct compelling presentations and demos; negotiate and close digital advertising contracts
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly digital revenue targets assigned by the sales leadership team
  • Coordinate with digital delivery teams post-signing to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Stay current on platform updates (Meta, Google, programmatic DSPs) and emerging digital trends
  • Maintain CRM records of all prospects, leads, and deals with accurate pipeline forecasting

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

β€’Β Β Β Β Β Β  Bachelor’s/MBA in Marketing, Business, or Communications

β€’Β Β Β Β Β Β  Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads & programmatic

β€’Β Β Β Β Β Β  Strong understanding of digital KPIs (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS)

β€’Β Β Β Β Β Β  Experience in digital sales or digital agency BD role

β€’Β Β Β Β Β Β  Confident presenter with excellent negotiation skills

β€’Β Β Β Β Β Β  Ability to independently build and manage a client pipeline

β€’Β Β Β Β Β Β  Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)

β€’Β Β Β Β Β Β  Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and target focus

PREFERRED / GOOD TO HAVE

  • Existing network of brand marketing or digital marketing contacts
  • Exposure to programmatic buying platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk)

Understanding of influencer marketing and content partnerships
