ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be the primary liaison between Infinity Advertising Network and its clients, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly, relationships are nurtured, and client satisfaction is consistently high. You translate client objectives into actionable briefs and coordinate across internal teams to deliver on time and on budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients across all ongoing campaigns and deliverables
• Understand client brand guidelines, business objectives, and market positioning to provide strategic recommendations
• Prepare detailed briefs for creative, media, and digital teams; track progress and ensure timely delivery
• Manage client presentations, campaign reports, and performance reviews on a weekly/monthly basis
• Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow account revenue
• Handle client escalations professionally, resolving issues with minimal turnaround time
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client communications, approvals, and change requests
• Coordinate billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups in alignment with the finance team
• Build strong long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s in Mass Communication, Marketing, or MBA
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello) • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Understanding of advertising, digital & media ecosystems
• Client-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Prior agency environment experience preferred

• Experience in integrated advertising / media agency setting
• Exposure to both digital and traditional campaigns
• Ability to present confidently to senior client stakeholders
