Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team at Infinity Advertising. The Video Editor role is crucial in transforming raw footage into engaging and visually compelling videos that align with our clients’ brand identities and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video and a strong proficiency in video editing software and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing:
  • Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with client briefs and project requirements.
  • Enhance video and audio quality using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance visual appeal and storytelling.
• Storyboarding and Concept Development:
  • Collaborate with creative teams and clients to develop video concepts and storyboards.
  • Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives.
• Post-Production Management:
  • Manage and organize video files, assets, and project timelines effectively.
  • Ensure timely delivery of edited videos while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaboration and Feedback:
  • Work closely with producers, directors, and other team members to execute video projects.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions to refine video edits and meet client expectations.
• Quality Control:
  • Review final videos for quality assurance, including accuracy, continuity, and technical specifications.
  • Optimize videos for various platforms and formats, including social media, websites, and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing video editing skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and resolutions.
• Creative storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual composition, pacing, and narrative flow.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Film Studies, Media Production, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is a plus.
